Do Not Sell My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)  ·  Effective: June 1, 2026
We do not sell your personal information.
Dispatch Orbit does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration, and has not done so in the past 12 months. This page explains your California privacy rights and how to submit data requests.

Your Rights as a California Resident

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you the following rights:

Right to Know

Know What Data We Have

You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Right to Delete

Delete Your Personal Information

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information that we have collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Exceptions include data required by law (e.g., billing records retained for tax purposes), data needed to complete a transaction you requested, and data needed for security or legal compliance.

Right to Correct

Correct Inaccurate Information

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you, taking into account the nature of the information and the purposes for which we process it.

Opt-Out of Sharing

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. However, we do share data with advertising technology partners (Meta Pixel) that may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes under the CPRA. You may opt out of this sharing by emailing us at the address below or by adjusting your cookie preferences using the link at the bottom of any page.

Non-Discrimination

No Retaliation for Exercising Your Rights

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, provide a different quality of service, or suggest that you will receive a different price or quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
