Technical Specifications
Accessibility of Dispatchorbit relies on the following technologies:
- HTML5 with semantic elements (nav, main, aside, header, footer, section, article)
- CSS3 with sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- JavaScript with ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes for dynamic content
- WAI-ARIA 1.1 for interactive components
Known Limitations
The following known accessibility limitations exist and are under active remediation:
- Complex data tables in the CRM application may not have sufficient ARIA table markup — fix targeted for Q3 2026
- Modal dialogs in the CRM may not always trap focus correctly on older browsers — fix targeted for Q3 2026
- Some icons in the CRM sidebar may lack descriptive aria-labels on all states — fix targeted for Q2 2026
- Video content (if any) currently lacks captions — we will add captions to all new video content
- Toast notifications are announced via aria-live regions but timing may need adjustment for users with slower assistive technology
We are committed to resolving these issues. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us (see below).
